BMB Plumbing & Contracting PTY LTD are seeking qualified plumbers with extensive experience. Specialising within in the commercial precinct, with works spanning across residential, network utilities and civil infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience;

What you will need…

Must have a CURRENT occupational licence or contractor’s licence (QBCC)

Certificate III in Plumbing

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Qualified Plumber

Current Driver's Licence and reliable means of transport

White card

Commercial plumbing experience

2-3 professional references

Strong work ethic

Ability to carry out work unsupervised

Team moral – working within a group setting

Proficient in handling complex plumbing systems

Strong understanding of commercial plumbing standards and codes

Ability to read and interpret plans.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills

Backflow Prevention Testing & Diagnosing

Understanding on site drawings and technical information

Extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.

Currently specialising in, but not limited too;

Hotel / Bistro / Tavern Refurbishments / Renovations

Sports Club’s

Bowls Club’s

Read and interpret plans to determine system layouts and installation requirements.

Perform inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes and regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Diagnose plumbing and drainage issues

Assess plumbing and drainage installations

Liaise with other onsite services where needed

Complete rectifications and installations to Australian Standards / code as per specific task

commercial (small), domestic renovations and civil

Adhere to Safety Regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with the team to deliver top notch results

Develop new skills and grow as a skilled Plumber
