The Role

And we’re looking for someone just like you to join our team in a full-time office-based sales role.

Here’s the deal:

· 100% inbound leads — no cold calling

· You’ll speak with homeowners, qualify their needs, and explain the system that’s right for them

· You’ll book inspections, prepare quotes, and close deals over the phone

· You’ll follow up open quotes and help people make confident buying decisions

· And you’ll do it all from the comfort of an air-conditioned office

If you’ve got the knowledge and communication skills, we’ll train you on the rest.

What’s On Offer

· Strong base salary negotiable on experience

· On target earnings of $140K+ with an uncapped commission structure

What You’ll Need

· 2+ years of experience in solar installations (electricians or solar techs welcome)

· Strong phone manner — friendly, confident, and professional

· Comfortable using basic tech: email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office

· Organised and methodical — you’ll be juggling multiple quotes and follow-ups

· Genuinely passionate about renewable energy

Nice to have: Any experience in quoting, customer comms or sales — but it’s not essential.
