What your day will look like….

In this role, you'll engage directly with mental health consumers, performing comprehensive assessments and developing personalised care plans that promote recovery. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues—from psychiatrists to social workers—to provide therapeutic interventions and ongoing case management. Your expertise and empathy will guide patients through their recovery journey, coordinating care and resource management while inspiring hope and resilience within the community.
