Daleys Turf has been servicing the Sunshine Coast for 32 years. We're a family owned and operated business highly respected in the community. We are renowned for exceptional customer service, and our premium quality turf we supply for residential lawns, and large scale commercial applications such as Golf Courses and sporting fields. We also renovate grounds and install new turf in council areas including parks, picnic areas and other public areas. We are an AusGap Certified foundation farm, and a proud member of Lawn Solutions Australia. We are in a great location - just a stone's throw from the new Bells Creek Arterial Rd and the Bruce Highway.

Qualifications & experience

• HR licence and experience a MUST (minimum 6 months experience preferred)
• Road Ranger experience advantageous
• Forklift licence (can be obtained after commencement)
• Mechanical experience preferred for servicing and regular repairs
• Experience and/or desire, and ability to work outdoors is essential
• Previous experience in farming/horticulture highly regarded
• Some previous customer service experience an advantage
• Local residency is preferred, unless you plan to relocate to the Sunshine Coast long-term
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Daily deliveries, and unloading of turf pallets using truck-mounted forklift
• Servicing, maintenance and repairs of machinery and trucks
• Operate automatic harvester (as needed), and other farm machinery
• Assist with turf installation and area preparation in busy periods
• General farm hand duties
