Position Summary:
Lead with purpose as a Residential Manager in a respected aged care facility, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape a supportive, high-performing environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full operational management of the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
• Manage budgeting, rosters, and resources to maintain financial and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and promote strong resident and staff engagement
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Implement and review quality care systems to maintain compliance and best practice

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration.
• Previous experience in a Facility Manager or Residential Manager role within the aged care sector.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a complex care environment.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated operational and financial management experience, including budgeting, rostering, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and support staff development.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications in Healthcare, Business, or Management.
