About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Enrolled Nurses with Community and Clinical Experience to join our team in Newcastle area and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalised Care and Support: Provide exceptional personal care and support tailored to the individual needs of our client
• Complex Care: Ensuring the client receives the highest standard of care in a complex setting.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Keep a close watch on the client’s health, monitoring vital signs, spotting any changes in their condition, and documenting all relevant information.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the broader care team to ensure everything runs smoothly, using your strong communication skills to coordinate care effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-care or community, complex care environment.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care principles, with a focus on promoting individual rights and autonomy.
• Experience and background in community and/or hospital settings.
• Palliative care experience is considered a strong advantage
• Competent in medication management and wound care. Additional wound care training will be provided as needed.
• Reliability and willingness to travel.
• Current Core Competencies
• Must have Australian Work Rights
• Ability to work flexibly across a variety of shift times and willingness to travel to Clayton, Dandenong and nearby suburbs of VIC.

Requirements:

• A current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• Satisfactory background checks (Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Check) will be required.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
• COVID 19 Vaccination plus booster is preferred
• A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST
