THE ROLE - PPTY MGR

As a PPTY MGR, you’ll be the go-to for all things tenancy — from leasing and compliance to strong tenant and landlord relationships. You’ll work closely with our HEAD PPTY MGMT and NBHD Directors and be supported by our high-performing ADMN team. You'll manage a growing portfolio of around 100 properties and help steer the ship as we continue to scale.

KEY TSKS

Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and variations

Conduct routine entry, exit, open and building inspections

Confidently liaise and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and trades

Use PM software to manage administration tasks, including but not limited to, rental invoicing, tenant accounts and property reporting

Ensuring compliance with lease terms, relevant legislation and handling dispute resolution

Work directly with HEAD PPTY MGMT and NBHD Directors towards strategic planning and portfolio success

Ensure CPD compliance and registration
