Our client, an Allied Health organisation, is looking to grow their Speech Therapy team. They are searching for graduate or experienced Speech Pathologists who are dedicated to their work and who are looking to grow and learn. The suitable candidate will be open to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will be comfortable working within the office and within the community. This role is open to Speech Therapists with vast experience and has a very competitive salary package.
This role is also open to those on a Working Holiday Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Developing individualised treatment plans for patients.
• Providing direct therapy and guidance to patients.
• Educating families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists.

Skills and Abilities:

• Qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric, adult, or geriatric speech therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
