We’re on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our friendly and passionate team.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our dealership. This role is perfect for someone looking to break into the automotive industry and eventually grow into a Sales Executive position.

You’ll assist with vehicle presentation, customer service, and basic showroom duties — all while gaining valuable exposure to sales processes, stock management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver friendly, professional customer service in-person and over the phone

· Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately

· Maintain showroom cleanliness – including sweeping, mopping, taking out rubbish, and keeping display vehicles tidy

· Prepare vehicles for sale – including washing, detailing, checking vehicle accessories, and ensuring presentation standards are met

· Assist in vehicle handovers and delivery preparation

· Support the sales team with day-to-day dealership operations

· Learn and assist with vehicle advertisement listings over various platforms, stock entry, and other admin tasks

· Shadow senior staff and receive on-the-job training to prepare for future sales roles

What You Bring

Automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential

A genuine passion for cars, especially Japanese and European imports

Excellent communication and people skills

Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude

Strong negotiation and closing ability

Ability to work weekends on a rotating roster

Current driver’s licence (manual licence is preferred)
