Truck Driver (MR Licence Minimum)

Brisbane Steel Sales is seeking a safety-focused and professionally presented Truck Driver to join our team on a Full Time basis.

This position is available for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously with a high level of safety awareness. You will have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage and process paperwork as part of your daily tasks

The role offers the successful applicant a wide variety of responsibilities including:

Delivery of steel orders (Occasionally unloading with truck mounted crane)

Coordinating daily steel deliveries (Inwards and outwards)

Assisting in picking, packing and loading of steel orders for delivery

Steel processing where required (Bandsaw, Cold Saw and Strapping machine)

General housekeeping

Prerequisites for this role are:

MR Class Drivers License (Minimum)

Truck mounted crane experience (Palfinger or similar)

Advantageous skills:

Overhead crane (Bridge crane) experience

Forklift License
