Key Highlights:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees and store teams through regular visits and communication.

Act as the main liaison between stores and the corporate office to facilitate smooth operations.

Enforce brand standards and ensure consistent customer experiences

Develop training modules, SOPs, and introduce innovative tools

Analyze data to boost profitability, KPIs, and business growth

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to store operations

Manage costs, inventory, and quality standards

Collaborate on marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility

Promote a customer-first culture and operational excellence

Monitor store performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually - celebrating success and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Coach and mentor Store Managers to foster strong team morale, with a focus on staff development, training, and succession planning.

Support Store Managers in recruitment and team-building efforts, including onboarding, skill-gap analysis, and regular performance reviews.

Ensure stores operate in full compliance with state and national OH&S legislation and internal policies.
