The Opportunity

As a Home Care Worker, you will have a varied and rewarding role. For example:

· Provide personal care assistance to clients, for example showering, dressing and continence care

· Help clients with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and other light housework

· Assist clients by transporting them to appointments and undertaking personal shopping

· Support in the development of a consumer driven care plan

We currently have work available in the following regions:

· Redlands

· Brisbane South

· Greater Logan

The successful candidate will have:

· Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired)

· National Police Certificate or willingness to get one

· Flexibility to work across a Many Consumers

· Commitment to Client centred care delivery

· A caring, empathetic nature

· A strong work ethic and enjoy working as a part of a team

· Dual language competency in Finnish will be highly regarded
