About the Role (several vacancies)

We are looking for production workers for our Hindmarsh site to start as soon as possible. These are hands-on roles, working alongside people with disabilities in an inclusive environment, focussed on meeting our customers’ expectations.

These positions are permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm).

The position requires standing for extended periods of time during the day.

You will need a current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or be willing to get these).

Duties include

Perform fast-paced assembly and packaging work.

Provide high quality production results that achieve customer expectations.

Comply with all documentation and compliance requirements for the role.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Essential

Must be able to undertake the physical requirements of the role, relating to assembly and packaging work, where you will be required to stand for extended periods of time during the day.

Must have a strong level of verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Have empathy for people living with disability.

Have current, or the ability to obtain, a Police Check and an NDIS Worker Check.

Be a supportive and inclusive team member.

Be adaptable to changes in the work environment.

Desirable

Previous experience working with people with disability.

Previous experience working in a production, assembly or packaging environment.
