Job Details - Full-time General Practitioner (VR)

Position: Full-time General Practitioner (VR)
Remuneration: $250/hour guarantee for first 3 months, then 65% of billings
Model: Mixed billing – strong private base
Optional: Occupational Health available (encouraged)
Non-VR Rates: $100–$150/hour (first 3 months), then 40–65% depending on pathway, progress, and experience. (FSP/ACCRM accredited practice)
Earnings: Gross average $2,500–$5,000 per day
Weekends: Saturday 8:00 am–1:00 pm | Sunday 9:00 am–11:00 am (shared 5-GP roster)
On-call: No hospital work or hospital on-call - (potential light mine-site injury on-call)
Relocation: Temporary accommodation provided

Addition potential Supervisor / Co-supervisor role:
Incentive (additional):
• $250/day for Co-Supervisors (Level1)
• $500/day for Primary Supervisors (Level1)

Support Staff:
• 3 full-time practice nurses
• 5+ admin/reception daily

• 3 additional occupational health team members
• Plenty of help across all areas – clinical and admin
