The Role:

Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) is offering a unique opportunity to join our Critical Care team as the Director of Medical Services - Critical Care Services.

The Director of Medical Services - Critical Care Services is a full time medical administrative and leadership position providing oversight for medical services within the MBPH Critical Care Services cluster.

Remuneration is at HM40-HM41 as per the Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience

Fellowship, or demonstrated intent to progress towards Fellowship, of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA) or equivalent is highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, including the effective management of clinical risk and patient safety strategies

Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a respectful and collaborative approach
