About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join our fast-paced production and dispatch team in Malaga. This is a full-time position with an early morning start – perfect for those who enjoy finishing their day early and being part of a supportive, hands-on team.

🕒 Start Time: 3:00am
📅 Days: Monday to Friday
📍 Location: Malaga, WA

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently

Preparing deliveries for dispatch according to schedules

Operating in accordance with HACCP and OH&S procedures

Practising safe manual handling and maintaining a clean work environment

Assisting with loading/unloading vehicles as needed

Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or food service (preferred but not essential)

Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or packing environment (advantageous)

Forklift Licence -LF

Good understanding of HACCP processes and food safety standards

Knowledge of OH&S compliance and safe work practices

Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks

Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
