What You'll Be Doing

• Create and format engaging documents in Word (make them "pop" with simple design tools)
• Help design internal event collateral and branded resources (Canva, basic InDesign/Photoshop)
• Coordinate weekly Mailchimp newsletters and assist with website edits
• Contribute to video and communications projects
• Support small internal events (design lanyards, assist on the day)
• Light admin work with a creative edge - no two days the same

What We're Looking For

• Someone hands-on, proactive and not afraid to try new tech
• Experience over qualifications - you've done the work, you know the drill
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, MS Office, Outlook, Teams
• A good eye for layout, branding, and detail
• Open-minded and respectful of a conservative, religious environment
• Background in NFP or community services is a plus
