About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to the General Medicine Redesign - SAFEST Journey Home Project.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
- In consultation with the Healthcare Improvement Unit (HIU) undertake project management activities through developing a project plan to progress and manage deliverables in accordance with the project lifecycle.
- Develop effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expectations of SAFEST Journey Home Project.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to provide policy and strategic advice to the project sponsor, and other stakeholders as required to inform decision making and governance direction to achieve project deliverables with minimal slippage.
