Summary:
We’re a family-run mushroom farm with a passion for quality & teamwork. We’re looking for a fit and reliable production labourer with solid forklift experience, and ideally a MR (Medium Rigid) or higher truck license, to join our production team. This is a hands-on role requiring physical fitness and a strong work ethic. You’ll be working in a dirty, farm-based environment, so being comfortable in that setting is essential.

Our Family Farm:
We are a family-owned business since 1992, where White and Swiss Brown mushrooms are freshly handpicked. We produce around 45 Tonnes of mushrooms a week and supply all around Australia, including some of the major supermarkets, such as Woolworths, Drakes, Foodland & Coles. Within our farm we have 80 employees and we work within a multicultural environment. Creating a warm-hearted culture, where all of our employees are like family to us, we work with passion to produce the highest quality of mushrooms.

Key Duties include and are not limited to:

Operating a forklift and/or truck

Working along the production line

General cleaning

Watering and caring for produce

Repairing mushroom trays

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a production/labourer role

Valid forklift license (essential)

MR truck license or above (preferred)

Be hard working, highly reliable and able to work independently

Willingness to work in a hands-on and sometimes messy environment

Shows initiative and a strong interest in long-term growth with us

Be in good physical health to meet the demands of the job

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Occasional weekend work may be required
