Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for solving complex business problems? We’re looking for multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a high-profile Financial Services Transformation Program based in Melbourne.

About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll act as a key liaison between business and technology teams, playing a crucial role in delivering technology and process enhancements to meet strict regulatory timelines. You will drive outcomes across the delivery lifecycle and help shape solutions that are aligned with business strategy and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across technology and operational change
• Translate insights into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support Product Owners in prioritisation and backlog refinement
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Create process models, data flows, business impact assessments, and more
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, and change readiness
• Lead delivery planning of BA tasks to meet critical timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex, agile environments
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services domain (essential)
• Strong understanding of financial products, processes and systems
• Confident communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Agile certifications highly regarded
• Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
