We require an experienced Legal Secretary with extensive experience in Family Law to join our team and work side by side with a Senior Lawyer. The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, highly organised, a confident communicator with clients and colleagues and will have the ability to work autonomously with the benefit of working in a supportive team environment. Our new team member will be able to prioritise work, multi-task, organise files, impeccable attention to detail, proactive in keeping track of matters and assisting our team to meet necessary deadlines.

To be successful, you must:

Possess 5+ years dedicated Legal Secretary Experience.

Have experience in Dictaphone typing.

Have experience in LEAP.

Liaise with clients including taking new enquiries.

Have experience in preparing court documents.

Have time costing experience.

Have experience in billing clients monthly.

Possess attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines.

Be focused in your approach to work, yet appreciate a relaxed and friendly working environment.
