Who We're Looking For
We're searching for Teachers who bring more than skills—they bring heart and determination. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering outdoor programs that engage students in hands-on learning experiences. They will promote students understanding of outdoor environments, covering topics like horticulture, conservation, community engagement, planning and management and the development of social and personal growth through leadership, teamwork, and practical outdoor skills.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Are VIT-registered with teaching qualifications.
- Have experience teaching across various year levels (Year 7 to Year 12).
- Are passionate about working with disengaged youth and thrive on overcoming challenges.
- Build genuine connections and adapt to meet individual needs.
- Have a passion and knowledge with outdoor projects such as horticulture, community engagement, Environmenntal sciences
- Understand and uphold Child Safe frameworks.
