Job Description: Working in sales at STIHL Shop Osborne park, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right equipment, and ensuring they have a positive purchase experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge and build a rewarding career in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and expert advice on STIHL products.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising activities.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Work closely with the store manager and team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in outdoor power equipment and STIHL products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and a team player.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays.
