The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team of section waiters, bringing Forbes-standard service to life on the floor. This is a people-focused leadership role — perfect for someone passionate about service, coaching, and creating meaningful guest moments.

You will:

Lead and support the team during busy service periods

Shadow, coach and train section waiters in real time

Run daily briefings and ensure team focus is aligned

Monitor guest satisfaction and service flow on the floor

Give and receive constructive feedback to grow team capability

Review guest reviews and implement improvements

Uphold HACCP standards and food safety compliance

Foster a strong, collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a premium dining or hotel bar environment

Proven ability to lead a team and coach others to success

Strong communication and organisational skills

A calm, confident and positive presence in service

Passion for food, wine, and delivering elevated guest experiences

NSW RSA and full Australian working rights

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
