Protech is currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Boilermakers to join our client — a growing, ASX-listed gold producer and development company. Operating both established and emerging assets, our client is actively expanding their footprint at a key gold project located in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields. This position is offered on a FIFO 8:6/7:7 Roster.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• $70-$75 per hour
• Temp – Perm Opportunity
• 8:6 /7:7 oster
• Day & Night shift
• ASAP Start
• 12 hours days worked/paid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fixed plant experience with scrapers, conveyors, roller, hard & soft skirt, chutes, screens etc
• Identify, diagnose, scope and safely execute repairs
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Complete daily inspections of equipment and reporting on its condition
• Complete Maintenance Work Orders
• Involvement in routine maintenance of specialised fabrication/ welding/cutting equipment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Valid Driver’s Licence (Minimum C Class Manual)
• Relevant Trade Certificate (Essential)
• Forklift, EWP, WAH / CS
• Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing.
• Valid & contactable references
• Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
