About the Traineeship opportunity

By working closely with an experienced Sales Consultant, you will gain hands-on knowledge of the land sales industry, including transaction processes, buyer demographics, marketing strategies, and business development. This Traineeship is centered on learning and development, offering a clear pathway to advance your career and transition into an Estate Sales Manager role.

This opportunity requires weekend work and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following selection criteria.

Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (or willing to obtain)

Previous experience in a client facing role would be ideal e.g. retail, hospitality

A passion for customer service and a high level of personal presentation

A keen interest to pursue a career in real estate

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
