What we look for

Firstly, all you need is sales experience. We look for candidates who have had experience in sales roles where you have to create a sale from start to finish. This could be selling business to business, or selling to consumers, but you need to have experience in prospecting for leads, pitching to potential customers, and closing sales.

You do not need to have any prior recruitment experience and its ok if you know absolutely nothing about our industry. We will train you on everything there is to know about recruitment.

Finally, to be successful in this role you need to be proactive. The success you gain will come on the back of your attitude towards the job and the more proactive you are in all facets of the job, the more successful you will be.
