Position Overview:

This leading Civil company are seeking experienced Labourers to join the team. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for general civil labouring work & assisting trades on site. Your expertise in labouring, adherence to safety protocols, and attention to quality will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of the projects.

Site locations: Stapylton, Ipswich, Coomera, Nerang, Cedar Vale, Logan, Green Bank, Caboolture + more.

YOUR DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• General Civil Labouring such as flagging, topsoil and debris, erecting and dismantling barricades, signage, site prep on Roads, Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks
• Working alongside pipe laying crews as a "toppy", site cleanup, assisting trades
• Building retaining walls, curb prep, sweeping, swales, aggi
• Helping spot for excavators and other machinery
• Pit building/ Pit & pipe work such as digging trenches for pipes - Learn to use laser levels and set gradients
• Operate machines (if tickets are held)

EXPERIENCE REQURED:

• Any of the above experience is ideal. General labouring experience at a bare minimum
• Learn on the job with industry experts who will teach you the most effective ways to work within Civil
• License + Own Transport - Some of our projects are hard to reach so we require you to have reliable transport to get to site
• White card

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved. This is an ongoing position where you will be working 8-10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
