Essential skills of 360 Recruitment Consultant:

A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably but not essential within the healthcare/medical sector.

Prior experience managing a successful 360 desk. Screen, interview and support job seekers.

Strong & confident business development skills and rapport building.

Place people into meaningful work with our partnered clients.

Build candidate and client attraction strategies

Ability to network through a variety of strategies and work proactively.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
