As the Waste Room Forklift Operator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the production environment by managing waste materials and ensuring proper disposal procedures.

Position Details:

• Shift: Day Shift – 4:00am to 12:00pm
• Pay Rate: $32.54 per hour
• Location: Wacol, QLD
• Employment Type: Casual with potential for permanent placement

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport waste bins and materials safely within the facility
• Support waste management processes to maintain a clean and compliant environment
• Always adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Perform routine forklift checks and minor maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift experience, ideally in a manufacturing or food processing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness
• Good physical fitness – capable of manual handling and lifting up to 25kg
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
