About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care for consumers/patients with a variety of conditions and support research processes through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence-based consumer/patient focused care, education, leadership and portfolio management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Apply advanced clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.
- Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement and best practice principles to optimise consumer/patient centred care and organisational outcomes by undertaking projects and research as required.
