The Role
This hands-on role involves the commissioning and servicing of advanced Access Control, Intruder Detection, and IP Video Surveillance systems across a range of commercial environments. You'll be expected to operate autonomously, identify and resolve faults efficiently, and deliver a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Commission, service, and maintain integrated electronic security systems.
Troubleshoot and fault-find independently and effectively.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate documentation and job reporting.
About You
You’re a qualified security technician with strong technical skills and a customer-focused attitude. You take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven job stability.
Solid working knowledge of Access Control and IP Video Surveillance systems.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good administrative and documentation practices.
Valid NSW Security Licence.
Current Registered Cabling Licence.
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
