$32.31 to $37.80 + salary packaging | Enrolled Nurse - Acute
Casual position | Edenhope Campus

About the role
Join our dedicated team in Edenhope, where you'll have the opportunity to work across both the acute ward and urgent care centre. This casual role provides exceptional exposure to a broad range of clinical presentations and care requirements, offering a dynamic and enriching experience for enrolled nurses seeking to broaden their practice. You will be delivering high-quality, person-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under RN supervision across acute and urgent care
• Support assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care and participate in team handover
• Document patient care accurately and respond to clinical changes
• Maintain professional conduct in line with policies and scope of practice
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Skills and experience

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Clinical knowledge and skills relevant to acute and urgent care
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Competent in using healthcare information technology systems
