We are searching for a capable and well-organised MR Truck Driver to support the company in its next phase of expansion, given the business's excellent history and the predicted growth in the vehicle transport sector

About the role:

We are looking for a (CASUAL to start, then full time) MR truck driver, offering well above award rate. Offering the opportunity for flexibility during our expected 7-day week operations, generally with two days off. If you are interested in a diverse role where every day is a little bit different, you have a love of cars with an eye for details, and you have local (GC) and Brisbane delivery experience and live within 25km of our Arundel base then please apply

Responsibilities:

Transport

Timely and efficient delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers’ sites

Loading and unloading vehicles on and off trucks.

ability to keep records (delivery docket books) in a clear and concise manner.

must be able to show route planning ability.

Always keeping Ricomi's trucks clean and presentable, cleaning inside & out at a minimum of twice per month or as requested by management.

Complete vehicle inspection weekly, bringing any defects and maintenance requirements to management's attention at once.

Responsible for the safe operation, condition, and roadworthiness of company vehicles, reporting to the manager any faults or defects as soon as possible once noticed.

Compliance with all Ricomi's policy, state, and federal regulatory requirements with respect to conduct, compliance, logbooks, and/or fatigue management requirements.

Min MR unrestricted Licence (with manual synchro gearbox, Advantageous)

you'll need to be a careful, responsible and confident driver with a clean driving record

Own reliable transport to work.

Self-Motivated applicants

An immediate start is desirable after licence and fitness for duty checks are complete. There will be training for a minimum of two weeks before you fly solo
