About the role

We are seeking experienced Lecturers in Information Technology to join the academic team at the Crown Institute of Higher Education. These full-time positions will see you delivering high-quality tertiary education to our students in Sydney, NSW. As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of IT professionals and innovators.

What you'll be doing

Designing and delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in core IT subjects

Developing and updating course content, assessment tasks, and learning materials

Providing academic support and guidance to students, including one-on-one consultations

Participating in the broader academic life of the Institute, such as serving on committees

Conducting research and publishing in your area of expertise

Supervising student projects and dissertations

What we're looking for

A Doctorate in Information Technology or a related discipline

Significant experience in teaching at the tertiary level, with a strong track record of student satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students

A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in your field

Strong research and analytical skills, with a track record of high-quality publications

The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
