About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team in South Nowra approximately 20 hours a week. You’ll work in a close-knit, supportive environment where everyone pitches in to get the job done. The role involves local deliveries, inventory management, order packing, product blending and packaging, and other daily warehouse tasks. You'll also help with occasional pop-up events and may contribute to social media content.

Experience in hospitality, social media, or warehouse work is a plus — but more important is your willingness to learn and bring energy to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Local deliveries in our company vehicle

Packing and blending teas, chai, matcha, and chocolate products

Customer service: face-to-face, over the phone, and via email

Managing CRM entries and following new business leads

Occasional tea tastings, and community pop-ups events

General warehouse organisation and maintenance

General use of Shopify and Xero

What We’re Looking For:

This flexible role offers approximately 15-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow. Shifts are scheduled across Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events. Availability on Tuesdays and either Thursday or Friday is essential, as these are our key delivery days.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude

Physically capable of handling deliveries and stock (heavy box moving)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A love of tea and the café world

Confidence in talking to customers and building rapport

Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Full driver’s license

A personal Computer

Desirable Experience (but not required):

Shopify and Xero knowledge (or willingness to learn)

Basic social media skills (Instagram & Facebook)

Background in café, hospitality, or the tea industry
