About the role

Earth Markets is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Rocklea, Queensland.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efficient and well-organised warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unloading, and accurately sorting incoming produce for delivery to our five SEQ-based stores.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner

Participating in regular stock counts and inventory management tasks.

Providing quality assurance assessments on the incoming produce before it's ready to ship.

Supporting the team in any other warehousing and logistics duties as required.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in a fresh food distribution environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items.

Forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.

Early risers and shift workers - our team starts between 1 am and 4 am, Monday through Friday.
