At WELSS Home Maintenance, we deliver high-quality maintenance services across both responsive and planned works. This includes everything from access ramps and grab rails to emergency callouts, board-ups, and bathroom renovations.

About the Role
This is a full-time, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Depending on your skills and experience, you’ll be working on a mix of:

General home maintenance and repairs (doors, taps, fittings, patching)

Bathroom and kitchen upgrades (non-structural)

Installation of grab rails, ramps, steps, and safety modifications

Minor carpentry, cabinetry, and accessibility improvements

Working as team or independently with full admin and scheduling support

Whether you come from a handyperson or carpentry background, you’ll have the chance to do meaningful work that improves people’s daily lives.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced handyperson or trade-qualified carpenter

Great attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Respectful and professional when working in clients’ homes

Ability to work independently with strong time management

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

What You’ll Need

White Card (Construction Induction)

Working with Vulnerable People Card

Driver’s licence to operate work vehicles

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Own tools (preferred but not essential)
