Project & Management Pros' is seeking a skilled and experienced Leading Hand Cabinet Maker to join our team in Wentworthville, NSW. As a full-time position, you will play a key role in overseeing the production and delivery of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for our diverse residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Work with a team of cabinet makers to ensure efficient and accurate production

Take the lead on complex cabinet and joinery projects, providing technical expertise and problem-solving skills

Liaise with project managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into final products

Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and quality control procedures

Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and tools

Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior cabinet makers

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a cabinet maker, with proven leadership abilities

Strong technical skills in cabinet construction, including expertise in woodworking, finishing, and hardware installation

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
