We’re Amber, Ash, and Charlie – a hardworking family running AcA Rural Contractors & Earthmoving, based on a remote sheep station along the Darling River at Menindee, NSW – and we’re on the lookout for a couple to join our team.

𝟭. 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥

The Fixer of All Things

You’ll be hands on with:

• Fencing, water runs, yard work & all those little jobs that keep the station ticking

• Operating machinery, swinging tools & fixing things that probably shouldn't still work but somehow do

• Pouring concrete like a boss

• You'll know your way around a 2-wheel & ideally a welder

You are:

• Practical, fit & love a hands-on challenge

• Comfortable with tools, problem-solving & the odd improvised repair

• Confident behind the wheel of a 4wd and 2-wheeler

• Up for a laugh, ready to pitch in & happy to live remote

𝟮. 𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗬

The Chaos Coordinator

(IHC position)

You’ll be the magical human:

• Who keeps Charlie (4) - smart spirited, and full of energy - safe, engaged and smiling.

• Entertaining & educating Charlie with creative, active & outdoor play

• Assisting with School of the Air.

• Helping with meals, routines, and keeping her space tidy.

You'll need to be:

• Great with kids & full of positive energy

• Calm, patient & able to roll with the surprises of station life

• Comfortable living remove & being part of a tight knit family

• An IHC position – no tertiary training required but ideal.

• Must have ABN, First aid, Police Check, Public Liability Insurance, and Working With Children Check.
