About the role
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
- Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
- Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team
- Conduct hub-based and community visits
- Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
Full Time position (part time considered) based at our Coolbinia hub.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
