About the Role

Castillo Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in Brisbane on a contractor basis.

This flexible position is ideal for independent cleaners looking to take on consistent commercial cleaning jobs across the city. You'll play a key role in maintaining clean, professional environments for our valued clients.

This role requires an active ABN and your own vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing regular cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces)

Replenishing supplies and maintaining site cleanliness

Communicating with clients to meet their expectations

Reporting any site issues or hazards

Upholding a high standard of presentation and attention to detail

🧍‍♀️ Who We’re Looking For

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability

Flexible availability (days, evenings, or weekends)

Professional, friendly communication skills

Must have:

Your own reliable transport

An active ABN

Police check (or willingness to obtain)

What We Offer

$31–$33 per hour (per job basis)
