PERSOLKELLY is proud to partner with one of Australia's leading mining companies to recruit experienced Shutdown Planners and Schedulers for upcoming shutdown programs across Fixed Plant (OPF) and Mobile Plant (HME/MEM) assets in the Pilbara.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact shutdowns, supported by an established planning framework and a culture that values safety, precision, and teamwork.

The Offer:

• 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth
• Initial 6-month contracts with extension potential
• 12-hour paid days
• Highly respected mining company with an inclusive team culture

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating full end-to-end shutdown planning and scheduling
• Preparing detailed execution plans, resource forecasts and cost tracking
• Collaborating with engineering, procurement and execution teams
• Using SAP and Microsoft Project to manage work packages
• Aligning deliverables with the Palmcrest Model of Project for shutdown excellence

To be successful, you will bring:

• 2+ years' experience specifically in Shutdown Planning or Scheduling
• Strong background across either Fixed Plant or Mobile Plant (HME, MEM, LV)
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Project
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced shutdown environments
• Familiarity with the Palmcrest model of planning (essential)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
