Our PositionOur Niddrie Trade Hub opened in 2024 and is our first store in Victoria! Due to continued growth we are looking for a new Warehouse / Sales Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. Our Trade Hub is a direct point of contact for trade professionals and other customers to collect orders and gain product information on our renders, coatings and application tools. You will be provided with training which will ensure you have the knowledge required to assist our customers over the phone and in person on our specialised product and system information.

The opening hours of the store are between 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday and staff are rostered 76 hours per fortnight, to provide adequate coverage. When sufficiently staffed, the store will look to implement a flexible work arrangement in which you can accrue a rostered day off.
About YouYou must be able to demonstrate the following experience, abilities, and personal attributes:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Experience operating a forklift, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Able to manage stock movements effectively.
• Personable and able to provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale system would be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting bags and buckets up to 25kgs.
• Colour matching and tinting experience will be well regarded, though training will be provided.
• Knowledge of render, texture and paint products is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willing to assist with in-store displays, store presentation and general housekeeping.
• Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced and hands on.
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs – Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Drivers licence required to assist with local deliveries, as required.
• Forklift licence.
