We have an amazing opportunity for experienced Aged Care Worker to join an established Planned Activity Group team supporting the elderly to live better.

We are looking for an experienced aged care professional with a great attitude, caring nature that is a team player. You will be incorporating physical exercise into the activity programs and helping an amazing team create fun and engaging focused days for the clients.

Hours and location

• Coburg location
• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 9am - 3.30pm
• Starting 2nd June until 31st July 2025
• Weekly pay at $41.66 per hr + 11.5% Super

What you need to Apply

• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of social activity programs in a way that supports client independence
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Understanding of client confidentiality and information privacy
• Experience in Aged Care
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
• Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Be confident to drive an 11 seater bus each day to pick up and drop off participants

You MUST have or be willing to get:

• A satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check (PRC) is required prior to commencement
• Working with Children Check (employee)
• COVID Vaccines
• A requirement to have an annual Flu vaccination
• Certificate III or IV in either Aged Care, Individual Support or Leisure and Health
• Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
