As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you’ll provide high-quality community-based therapy across Western Sydney while also mentoring and supporting a growing team of OTs. About the Role

This role blends clinical service with leadership. You’ll provide therapy to clients and support team development by:

Delivering therapy to NDIS, aged care, and private clients

Conducting FCA, Home & Living, and AT assessments

Prescribing equipment and managing minor/complex home mods

Leading clinical supervision, mentoring, and inservices

Collaborating with physios, speech pathologists, dietitians and more

Supporting the ongoing growth of the OT team and new grads

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration

3+ years of experience preferred (including NDIS/aged care)

Strong communication & leadership capability

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
