About the role

Join the team at Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Geebung, as a full-time Wheel Alinger/Tyre Fitter (2IC) in our Geebung, QLD 4034 location, we are a mutli-store operation outfit with options to expand withing other locations such as Hendra and Nundah. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Automotive Trades business, with the chance to develop your skills and progress your career

What you'll be doing

Perform wheel alignments and tyre fitting services for a range of vehicles

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including inventory management and customer service

Mentor and support junior team members as a 2IC

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a wheel alignment and/or tyre fitting role

Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive trades
