As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Paraplanner to join our dynamic team in Applecross.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated Paraplanner to play a crucial role in our financial planning process. Working collaboratively with our Principal Advisers and client services team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of high-quality financial advice documents for both new and existing clients. With our holistic approach and diverse client base the successful candidate will gain experience in all areas of financial planning strategies and will enjoy lots of diversification in their role including face to face interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough research and developing financial models to underpin tailored financial strategies.

Preparing comprehensive and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs).

Providing effective support to the Principal Advisers in addressing client inquiries.

Ensuring all advice documentation adheres strictly to the business's compliance framework and relevant legislation.

Liaising professionally with clients and external professional partners.

Providing compliance support in managing AFSL licensee obligations.

Provide guidance and support to Client Service team as required.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

A relevant qualification in Financial Planning.

A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrable experience as a Paraplanner within the Financial Services industry.

Completion of the Professional Year (PY) program will be highly regarded.

Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proven ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.
