Cutprice Car Rentals is a proud, family-owned business that has been serving the Gold Coast community with affordable and reliable car rentals for decades. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Excels at providing outstanding customer service and ensures satisfaction at every step

Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Presents professionally and has a keen eye for detail

Is proactive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to create memorable experiences

Is confident with basic computer tasks, has strong administrative skills, and is a fast learner

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the car rental industry is a bonus, but not essential—full training will be provided. If you’ve worked in fast-paced hospitality, tourism, or the hotel industry, we’d love to hear from you. Your ability to stay organised, juggle tasks, and provide service with a smile will make you a standout.

Work Conditions:

We operate year-round, including most public holidays.

Working weekends is a must. Availability during peak travel periods is essential.

Annual leave must be taken outside of school holiday periods.

Flexible roster, with shifts between 7:00 am–4:00 pm and 12:00 pm–9:00 pm

Requirements:

A full and valid driver’s licence

Confidence driving both automatic and manual vehicles

Strong administrative and computer skills

A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
