Spectrum Village – Autism Learning Centre is on the lookout for a superstar Speech Pathologist to join our supportive team in Hervey Bay, QLD.

We offer an excellent salary package ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per annum, with additional bonuses including:
$5,000 per annum for CPD/supervision
$22,000 bonus

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children (essential!)
A genuine love for supporting neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, etc.)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
A team player who is proactive, positive, and eager to learn
Someone flexible, organised, and aligned with person-centred care
Passionate about early intervention and family-centered therapy
In This Position You Will provide:
Assessment and intervention for children from 0 to 18 years old.
Conduct a variety of assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions
Develop Individual Plans to support children to develop specific goals Which includes: anticipated goals, expected outcomes, specific interventions, duration & frequency of the interventions required.
Supervise and mentor therapy assistants
Coupled with assisting the individual needs of each child, families will receive regular training and tools to achieve therapy goals in the home and community
Develop and lead group programs for parents and support staff when required
Hours available: 16 to 42 per week – Let us build a roster that suits you!
